Detailed designing, Engineering, Procurement & Construction of Promenade and Highstreet with Earth Work, RCC/Steel Structure, Brick Work, Aluminum/Glazed façade, Stainless Steel Railings, Cladding works, Flooring, False Ceiling, Sanitary, Plumbing and Water Supply works, Landscaping (Soft and Hard), Irrigation, Play Structures, GRC Elements, Elevated Bridge, Benches, Landscape Elements, Gazebos, Bins, Cycle parks, Pergolas, Feature walls, Water bodies, Bollards, Sculptures, Pathways patterns, Electrification, Ip CCTV, FA-PA Systems, Signage’s, Road Works, etc. as per scope, drawings, design & Specifications, Codes and Practices contained in tender document. The design of facilities shall confirm to standard specified by PWD, MORTH, IRC, NBC, CPWD, BIS etc. wherever required, locations requirements etc. including: (a) And all other works covered under Scope of work, Tender drawings, DBRs, Specifications and meeting all relevant statutory requirements complete as required. (b) Round the clock operation and routine maintenance for 5 years for all works under Landscape and 3 years for all works under MEP, IT systems as per the scope and specifications specified in the tender document. Date of commencement of operation and routine maintenance of all installations shall be reckoned from the date of actual operationalization of the terminal building for the purpose of releasing payment for O & M activities. However,the Contractor shall keep all work including MEP installations and other system in healthy and running condition at his own cost and nothing shall be payable for the intermittent period i.e between completion of work and operationalization of terminal building. (c) The Contractor to provide shop drawings for the entire project for approval to the Design Architect for ensuring Architect’s design vision and integrity is achieved. No work shall be carried out without prior approval of Design Architect & Consultants. (d) Contractor to prepare mock-ups free of cost for each and every item of works for Client and Architect’s approval.
