Maintenance of lawn area including watering, weeding, manuring (Cost of manure will be paid separately), top dressing, mowing and maintenance of seasonal beds etc. as per direction of EIC. The quantities for 12 months. ( 4557.66/ sqm/month x 12 months = 54691.91, Say 54700 sqm)

Maintenance of hedges including hoeing watering, manuring (cost of manure will be paid separately) clipping and removal and disposal of clippings etc as per the direction of EIC. The quantities for 12 months . ( 1167.84 mtrs/month x 12 months = 14014.08, Say 14050 Mtrs)

Maintenance of shrubs including hoeing, manuring (cost of manure will be paid separately) watering, trimming and pruning wherever required etc. complete as per the direction of EIC. The quantities for 12 months . (517/ month x 12 months = 6204 Nos, say 6250 nos)

Upkeeping and maintenance of paved / metaled area as per the direction of EIC (only paved /metaled areas shall be measured for payment for 12 months). The quantities for 12 months. ( 263.99 sqm/month x 12 months = 3167.88 sqm , say 3170 sqm)

Maintenance of herbal garden including watering weeding, manuring (manure will be paid separately), clipping of herbal plants complete as per direction of EIC. The quantities for 12 months . (466.05 sqm/month x 12 months = 5592.60 sqm , say 5600 sqm)

Maintenance of potted plants Earthen/plastic pots in displayed at multi storied office buildings,flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, manuring (cost of manure, good earth will be paid separately) insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required as per direction of officer in charge. The quantities for 12 months . (21 pot/month x 12 months = 252 pot/month , say 255 pot)

Supplying and staking of cow dung manure at site including loading, unloading & carriage with all leads and lifts. (Manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment). The quantities for 12 months .

Maintenance of creepers including removal of wet/dry creepers from chainlink/ barbed wire/Concertina fence without causing any damage to fencing. The quantities for 12 months. (26.50 mtr/month x 12 months = 318 mtrs , say 320 mtrs/month)

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) i/c removal of cut materials and disposal of unserviceable maerial to the dumping ground etc,Complete as per direction of officer in charge. T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. Above 360 cm girth

Supply and decoration of flag postincluding flagpost base with arrangement of flowers and potted flower plants on the occasion of National festivals, on completion of the occasion the potted plants shall be planted in the location decided by the EIC, complete as per direction of EIC. Disposal of tree/plant waste material by mechanical transport having capacity of 5.5 cum including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. The quantities for 12 months .

Supplying & plantation of "Shrubs" size 2 feet height in polybags i/c excavation of pit size 1'x1'x1' and filling the pit with required garden soil mix i/c watering and all materials, T&P as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge.The quantities for 12 months .

Supplying & planting of hedge plants various suitable varieties 30 cm ht with multiple branches full foliage in poly bag etc. i/c Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water, T&P, complete as per the site requirment of direction of EIC. . The quantities for 12 months .

Supplying & plantation of "Cycus cirsnallis" well deveoped with fresh & healthy 35 to 45 lush green leaves in size 2 feet height in polybags i/c excavation of pit size 2'x2'x2' and filling the pit with required garden soil mix i/c watering and all materials, T&P as per the direction of Officer -in-charge. The quantities for 12 months .

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).The quantities for 12 months .

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). The quantities for 12 months .

Supplying, Planting and maintenaning trees/herbal plants/ flower plants etc. for AAI employees on the retirement occation through out the year as per the requirement as per direction of EIC. The quantities for 12 months .

Providing unskilled workers for temporary nature of works unsuceptable to measure as and when required including necessary hand tools ie. Swatcha Abhiyen at various location including labour supply etc. as directed by E.I.C. The quantities for 12 months .

Maintenance of trees (artificially planted plants and age of upto 0 to 4 years) including hoeing, watering, manure (cost of manure will be paid separately) trimming & pruning and clearing of pruned branches etc complete as per direction of EIC. The quantities for 12 months . The quantities for 12 months . (119/month x 12 months = 1428 nos, say 1430 nos)

Credit for taking away all pruned branches(wood logs) including loading unloading carriage etc complete as per the direction of EIC. The quantities for 12 months .
