M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean raduis and built in cement mortar (1:6), incl demolition of old brickwork built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete as in roofs, floor (other than ground floor), beams, stair case, landing, chajja and other similar suspended work etc including removing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (i) Contractor should take all safety precaution and ensure no damage to inside building.(ii) Green cloth is required to cover external faces during repair work.(iii) Steel Scaffolding shall be used where ever scaffolding is required. (iv) Safety net shall be provided during construction.

M & L Polished granite stone slab 18- 20mm thick coloured as in cooking platform/door sills,partitions, jambs, pillars, window-cills , set in 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in neat white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of floors, including moulding at front edge or both edges including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by EIC complete.

M&L Marble Baroda green 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polishing) as in skirting/dado/ window cills/ jambs, vertical surface over cement rendering and jointed with grey cement,over and including screed bed of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4,including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of marble and making nosing at right angle corner as directed by Engr-in-charge complete.

M & L for powder coated Aluminium frame and shutter for sliding windows & ventilators and partitions (movable louvers type) with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc. Rubber gasketting all round the panels/ shutters to fix glass, PVC gasketting in all channels, (minimum thickness of powder coating 60 micron for windows and ventilators with natural matt fininsh) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Glass to be measured and paid separately under respective of work. (ii) Items shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section. (iii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of rubber gasket/ PVC gasket, glazing clips, screws etc as required which shall not be measured for arriving the weight. (iv) The cost shall be inclusive of aluminium snap beading.

S &F in repairs anodised aluminium door, window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised alumnium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified.

Supply & fix aluminium powder coated grill (DECO grill, DG 103 of 7.5 mm thick of M/s ELESAR, M/S Royal Grill, M/S National Grill Associated Profiles & Aluminium Ltd.) fixed with suitable 'F' section (No SP 3022)18 x 26 x 1.50mm (minimum), fabricated and riveted to aluminium windows/ventilator complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for aluminium composite panel sheet of 4mm thick which consists of 3mm thick thermoplastic core of anti-toxic LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium foils with outer surfaces finished with 30 u PVDF and inner surface finished with a thin coat of polyester paint, fixed in panel to aluminium frame including all necessary frame work or powder coated snap beading and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix 4.0 mm thick plain glass n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed to aluminium door/windows and iron frame.

Taking down chowkats exc 1.5sqm and n.exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the chowkats or frames).

Taking down chowkhat or frame n .exc. 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.
