Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas in all width and depth on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all leads, lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .a). Ordinary rock

a). 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm ( forty milimetre nominal size).

b). 1:2:4 (one Cement: two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a). Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, ifnishing and reinforcement work up to plinth level with 1.1.5:3 (one cement : one and half sand : three stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) in foundation and plinth etc. Complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.(Sail ,TISCO, RINL, Jindal Panther of (JSPL),Shyam steel make.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : Six sand) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised / chromium plated M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete :etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge a). 300x16 mm (three hundred into sixteen milimetre)
