Demolishing cement concrete in roof padding, terrazo flooring manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding concrete for levelling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of surfaces by cleaning, with use of wire brush, water jet and grinding etc to remove all loose dust, fungus, oil, grease etc., including all the existing membrane and primer and other foreign particles shall be removed by grinding and other mechanical means completely to reach base slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour cutting V shaped groove over the cracks and filling the same with Dr. Fixit PU sealant and Pidiprime A, for deeper cracks suitable backer rod shall be provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick cement screed over roof concrete surface in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Priming by providing 1 coat of Dr. Fixit Primeseal diluted with clear water at a ratio of 2:1 and allowing it to dry for a minimum period of 6 hours (Dr Fixit Roof seal Ultra plus or equivalent for Terrace) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI Hexagonal wire netting of thickness 0.88 mm of size 25mm x 25mm to be laid on concrete surface on roof fixed with nails / screws including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water remove dust, debris / rubbish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:6) on brick walls or on concrete surfaces, plastered surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling, etc., plastered surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved make as directed

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of approved tint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying two coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 30 cm high complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old white wash surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl Item No 16 above but one coat of white wash on ceiling.

Material and labour for washing, rubbing down and stopping of old distempered wall surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of approved tint on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl Item No 18 above but two coats of oil bound distemper.

Material and labour for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of old distempered surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of approved tint on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement paint of approved tint on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces of any description of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion Paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004.Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company Depot tented) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm weather proof emulsion paint of approved tint over and including priming coat of exterior primer complete including removal of existing treatment and, filling minor cracks with necessary crack filler (Dr. FIXIT or equivalent as approved) as per the manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wood or wooden based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for welding in repairs not exc 2.5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded exc. 20mm but not exc 25mm upto height of 5 stories complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old concrete surface of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint in different colour as in kerb stone painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for one coat of water based floor guard paint of approved tint in different colour to obtain clean / glossy finish on existing PCC surface / chequered tiles / paver blocks including necessary cleaning of surface by manually / mechanically complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting and removing grass, bushes etc and unwanted plants growing near rainwater / sanitary / water pipe lines of bldgs and parapet of roof, chajjas and shaft portion of bldg etc upto G+5 storied building, surface finishes and making good with existing surfaces with using chemical and cement plaster 1:1 or PCC (1:2:4) type B1 to be filled cracks surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
