Providing, Installation & Testing of Cylindrical tank fabricated out of 8mm thick M.S sheet (to be rolled mechanically) with base frame of 50x50x6mm M.S channel. The tank shall have 18" collar type opening with detachable lid fixed over it for water inlet. The tank must have 02 No of 3" out let holes on lower side with valve and flange arrangement for draining purpose. All joints and surfaces of the tank shall be seamless. The height of the cylindrical tank shall be 17 feet and the dia. shall be 6 feet. |(The water capacity of the tank shall be approx 13000ltrs) The job includes painting of the tank with one coat of steel primer and two coats of| water proof black enamel.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (Icement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Kota stone slab 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm ( average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete.

20mm thick cement (plaster on rough sides of brick walls in 1:4 mix ( cement : 4 fine sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete (2mm thick)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with acrylic/apex/excel smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Removal of existing 185sqmm 3.5 core cable from shed near coffee house and laying of same to the fire fighting pump house on wall/surface with clamp, saddle, cable tray with iron angles as per requirement at site. The job also includes providing and fitting of Al thimbles by means of hydraulic cripping tool

Providing and fitting of multi stand un-sheathed single core copper conductor, 2.5 sq.mm nominal diameter, wire on wall/surface with clamp/saddle etc. as required.

Providing and fitting of multi stand un-sheathed single core copper conductor, 4 sq.mm nominal diameter, wire on wall/surface with clamp/saddle etc. as required.

Providing and fitting of 50 watt LED Bulb, along with fitting as per required at site

Providing and fitting of LED wall mounted 30 W capacity flood lights out side Fire fighting pump house of Govt. SMHS hospital Sgr. The job includes fitting of the same on the wall by means of suitable clamps etc.

Providing and fitting of PVC conduit for concealing the wires

Providing and fiiting 15 Amp Modular ON/OFF Switch, Modular plate along with suitable GI box

Fabrication & Erection of steel Door fabricated out of ISA 40x40x6mm, 40x5mm flat strip, hinges, handles and an aldrop of required sizes. The job also includes providing & fixing of M.S square hollow pipe of size 75x75x4.9mm. The job also includes applying two priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of enamel paint.
