Dismantling/taking out existing hessian base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface or RCC slab including removing the dismantled debris to a distance exc 200m & n exc 250m.

Material and labour rendering 10mm thick (average) on concrete surface over roof slabs, in cement mortar 1:4,mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply Liquid Water Proofing Compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane, formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers and can bear up to 10 bar hydrostatic pressure by using approved damp prrof paint having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106.59 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.8 liter/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and second coat of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid, followed by 3rd and final coat of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 600 microns) with waterproofing warranty of 12 Years. Prior to all this activity Surface preparation to be done by pressure washer to removing Dust, Algae, Fungus, oil, grease, etc and crack filling by Smartcare Textured crack filler up to 10MM wherever required and bigger cracks should be filled with polymer modified cement . On Tile mosaic surface use Smarcare Terrace Tile primer for better adhesion. The Item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage, labor, Tools, Tackles, Consumable, Scaffolding, Etc.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

(M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made

S& F Factory made wire gauzed shutter i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
