S & F Chrome plated handle of size 150 mm for cuboards/shutters fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

S & F magnetic closer of suitable size for cuboards fixed with steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

S & F hydraulice silent soft closing channel for drawers of size 400 mm length cupboards fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

S & F Hasp and staple 75 mm mild steel, wire type, stove enamelled back including bolt to hinge plate and fixed screws as approved by Engineer-in-charge .

S & F lock for cup boards with two type keys and hole cover (silver painted finish) fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Material & Labour for mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 (E-165) as in grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, walkways, railing, framed work of water tanks and similar works complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (for steel surfaces) including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including removing rubbish from the site to outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
