Construction of Waiting Shed in Govt. Hospital at Vembakkam Panchayat

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard stiff clay soil and hard gravel soil as per standard specification SS 20 B for narrow foundation

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges, etc. complete.

R.C.C. 1:1 1/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance etc., complete

Supplying and errecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29m. Height for plain surfaces including strutting.

Above GL

Supplying, fabrication and placing in position mils steel or ribbed for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standared specification.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) using country Bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7 cm. for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm. thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Painting the walls with two coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint over one coat of primer as instructed by the department officers including preparation of surface curing

Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete for 10 cum

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Paving the floor with Ceramic tiles of size 0.3048mx 0.3048m x 6mm colour tiles with design laid in cement mortar 1:3 using 20 mm thick and pointing with White cement of 0.40 kg including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Dadooing of walls with Printed design glazed tiles of size 30 cm x20cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2 -10Sqm.
