Driving of ESZ19 Type Vertical Steel Piles of Emirates Steel make (t=9.50mm, b=700mm, h=421mm) complete as per Drawing and & Technical Specification

Supply of 35 mm Steel core wire rope with 6x36 construction and ungalvanised including Transportation, all taxes and loading, unloading and stacking at worksite.

Supplying of Steel Section, MC 175mmx 75 mm as per specification including Transportation, all taxes and loading, unloading and stacking at worksite.

Supply of RCC M20 grade Slab of size 1000mmx1000mmx300mm with central holes for Anchor

Supply of 12 mm MS Plate including Transportation, all taxes and loading, unloading and stacking at worksite Santipur complete as directed.

Supplying of 35mm GI wire rope clamp of Heavy Duty ISI marked including Transportation, all taxes and loading, unloading and stacking at worksite Santipur complete as directed.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (1) In ordinary soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5m.

Earth work in embankment by truck carriage in ordinary/normal soil excluding sandy and rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 22cm. thick including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debries, breaking clods up to 2.5cm cube, dressing as per design section including payment of forest royalty if any, etc. complete as directed. (10% deduction will be made from the section measured quantities of the completed and compacted on account of shrinkage). For initial lead beyond ½ Km and up to 4.00 Km and for all lifts

Fitting and Fixing Anchors with Deadman and Sheet pile by drilling two holes of dia greater than 35 mm in pile face, looping the wire rope through the holes around the wale and adding 12mm thick M. S. Plate on side of wale by welding all sides of the plate to the wale face. The two open ends of the C-section wale is also welded to the extruded surfaces of the sheet pile where the C-section touches the pile. The other end of the wire rope is connected to the deadman block by looping the rope through the hole and further adding a steel plate to the outer side. The two ends of the wire rope is binded by two 35mm D-clamps on each end. The trench through which the wire rope is laid from the pile to the deadman is also to be excavated to 1.00 m depth and the soil to be refilled in the trench after fitting the wire rope complete all as directed.
