Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The rates quoted by contractor against individual items shall be exclusive of GST

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Department Registration Details

The contractor shall not quote labour rates below the minimum wages prescribed in the government order all quoted rates must strictly comply with the prevailing government approved labour wage norms

The amount put to tender is exclusive of 18% GST for the estimated cost

Bidders shall quote the amount for items excluding GST

Regardless of any labour related issues that may arise bidder will be the sole responsible person

Tenderers registered in BBMP or equivalent registration of KPWD/CPWD or any state governmental organization for the execution works

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26).Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (one similar work) of Rs 2.52 Lakhs

Satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work/Civil work of value not less than Rs.1.26 Lakhs
