Surface Excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and gettting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Excavation over areas exceeding 1.5 M and not exceeding 3 M deep and getting out in Soft/ Loose Soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soil exceeding 50 M and not exceeding 250 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber including watering all as specified and directed.

M & L for 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base (GSB) of Grade I as per Table 400-1 of MORT&H, IRC specification laid with mechanical pavers, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and vibratory roller complete complete as per MORT&H specification clause-401 including all tools and plant complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in single layer as per MORT&H specifications, using crusher broken graded stone aggregates, laid with mechanical pavers, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and vibratory roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing unsurfaced WBM/WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming / tack coat with bituminious primer with VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 7.5 Kg/10Sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm or less compacted thickness premixed bituminous macadam laid, spread using mechanical paver with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen VG - 30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne etc all as specified & directed.

Note for Item Nos 9.0:- (i) The actual binder content for BM used shall be as per optimised content based on job mix formula approved by CWE irrespective of what ever indicated in BOQ. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 33000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in BOQ. (iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side.

M & L for Preparing existing bituminous macadam black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming / tack coat with bituminious primer with VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 2.5 kg/10 Sqm all as sepcified and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix Semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (Paving Bitumen VG-30 Grade) content by weight of total mix, by using mechanical pavers and vibratory rollers, spread, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient all as specified & directed.

Note for Item Nos 12:- (i) The actual binder content for SDAC used shall be as per optimised content based on job mix formula approved by CWE irrespective of what ever indicated in BOQ. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 33000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in BOQ. (iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8 ) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 450 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT bars (Fe 500 D) 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, bending, and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT bars (Fe 500 D) 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, bending, and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to flat faces of walls,retaining walls, abutments,parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) M25 Grade (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) M25 Grade (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 450 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m radius, built in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/benching etc, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and the like including necessary formwork and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/benching etc, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and the like including necessary formwork and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on surfaces of walls all as specified and as directed.
