Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Demoliation Brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as directed

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm Exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 5mm)seperately mixed with water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L prepartion of newly plastered surfaces of walls and two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) over a coat of alkakli resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, grating, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; framed baluster; walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 including necessary preperation of surfaces and applying one shop coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new Steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise describe over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and fair and making Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4), (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Add to or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate quoted is for adjustment of rate only for the actual size excuted at site for the item no 16 mentioned as above
