Upgradation Of Road From (R-45) Therizhanthur Mattangarai Road @ Therizhanthur Panchayat in Kuthalam Block Km 0/0 - 2/550 At Mayiladuthuai district under NABARD – 2026-27 Package No: 02

Clearing and scrub/ light jungle by cutting, removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, scrubs, stumps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness rubbish including cutting of trees up to 300mm girth

Picking the existing black top/ WBM surface to 50 MM depth including labour, hire charges d plants and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per MOST specification.

Providing US Gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance and stacking at site to departmental gauge for taking pre measurements by departmental officers and including labour charges for spreading the gravel as per standard specification etc

Side Berms

Providing and laying 75mm compacted thick WBM Grade III using 1 cum of 63mm to 11.20mm IRC HBG metal and 0.24 cum of Gravel for blindage for 10 Sqm. of 75mm compacted thick (the blindage material shall have PI value less than 6%) including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to work site and stacking to departmental gauge for pre-measurement as directed by the departmental officers including labour for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to camber and grade lines blinding with required quantity of gravel, forming edge bunds, watering with all leads for good water slurrying, rolling and consolidation by power roller and finishing as per MOST 404 (III revision) including hire and fuel charges for power roller and water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed therefor and all incidental charges etc., complete for TOP LAYER

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion SS I at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM/WBM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WBM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

BC 25mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic Waste Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH R ev-5

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonalgrowth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost For the First Year from the date of completion of work
