GE I R AND D/CHD-50/2026-27 CERTAIN REPAIR TO DRAINAGE COMPOUND WALL, FENCING AND ALLIED SERVICES IN SECTOR 28, 29, 30 AND RCMA BLDG (3BRD) AT CHANDIGARH

Supply and fixing for factory made RCC heavy duty manhole cover (50 - 75 mm thickness) of clear opening 600 × 600 mm, manufactured from reinforced cement concrete including M.S. angle iron frame (50×50×6 mm) around the cover, complete with lifting hooks, embedding the frame in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including cost of materials, labour, curing, carriage complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC , 1:3:6 C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base ,under floor and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast leather finish, coloured, concrete interlocking paver block in repair of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-40 grade laid over a layer of fine river sand, watering and consolidating complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Sand shall be measured and paid for separately)

Material and labour for sand cushioning including watering, ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC colour chequered tiles with white cement and pigment 300mmX 300mmX 22-25mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry as in path, pavement, floors, etc over 15mm thick screed bed CM (1:6) fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work, built in cement mortar incl all quoinns, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortor (1:6) and including taking out roots ,of bushes/vegetation growth upto 120 cm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 7 above except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, hold fasts and coppings as in brick wall duly rounded or chamfered on edges and finishing on rroof surface / chajja (thickness of concrete will be provided as per site requirement up to five storey incl necessary sccafolding and demolition of PCC and dispose of the material from MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete sub base and under floors complete all as specified and directed.
