Excavation in foundations,trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mts. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mts. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms. Layers,when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.,consolidating each deposited layers by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as dierected within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in Foundation & plinth.

Providing & laying cement concrete using 1:1.5:3 (1CEMENT :1.5 SAND :3 GRADED STONE AGGREGATE 20 mm NOMINAL SIZE ) graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

(i) Foundation,footing,bases of columns and the like & mass concrete.

(ii) Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts.Thickness)attached pillasters,buttresses plinth,& string courses etc.from top of found.level upto floor two level

Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm,so as to give a fair finish i/c centring shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies,ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mts. & removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work :-

(i) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs,landing and the like.

(ii) Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thick.) partitions & the like i/c attached pillasters,buttresses,plinth & string courses & the like.

Prov.in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor1:3(1cement :3 sand )

Providing & laying cement concrete using 1:1.5:3 (1CEMENT :1.5 SAND :3 GRADED STONE AGGREGATE 20 mm NOMINAL SIZE ) graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

(i) Suspended floor,roofs,landing & shelves & their support balconies,beams,girders,bressumers & cantilever upto floor level.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending,binding & placing complete upto floor two level.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses & framed work i/c cutting,hoisting & fixing in position & applying a priming coatof red paint :- In grating, framed ,guards,bars, ladders,railing,brackets & similar works.

Providing & fixing CI Sluice valve (with hand wheel) as per IS : 780-1984 class-I upto 300 mm dia.(i/c brass spindle & as per 2906-1984 class-II for dia.> 300 mm) complete with bolts nuts,rubber insertion etc.,(the tail piece if required shall be measured & paid for separatly)

Constructing chamber for sluice valve, with CI surface box 100 mm top dia.,160 mm bottom dia. & 180 mm deep(inside) with chained lid RCC top 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 100mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 mix (1cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) & inside plastering with cement mortor 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete. 600 x 600 x 750 mm inside size With 150 mm thick walls of RCC 1:2 :4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete with form work & reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150 mm centres both ways

Providing & fixing SFRC Man hole cover with frame having frames size of 560 mm internal dia.should not be less than 100 kg.with locking arragement complete in all respect.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture (Two coats ) brushing to give an even shade I/c cleaning of oil,dirt,dust and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting etc.with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.
