Providing and laying stone soling hand packed including spreading ,watering and maintaining level Including cost of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. Including cost and all carriage of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Including cost and all carriage of material involved complete.

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of formwork in Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V-Level Including cost and carriage of material involved complete.

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including cost of all materials, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete.
