Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Taking up or down, steel tubing 15 mm bore, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site of work complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix, 35 mm thick, Factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels,both faces is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix 35 mm thick plain framed, factory made panelled shutter (second class hard wood rails & styles) (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm prelam PVC sheet with edges painted to match with prelam sheet, reinforced with MS square tube, fixed in opening, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, factory made solid panel Prelam PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail: Panelling of both sides prelam PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, fixed to door frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, factory made wire gauzed PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

51 Providing water proofing treatment to sunken floor complete with following specification :- (i) Providing 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with Sika Plastrocrate Super @100ml per bag of cement over a layer of bond coat of cement slurry mixed with Sika Latex Power in proportion 1:2;4 complete in horizontal and vertical surfaces of sunken floor (ii) Providing a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm in horizontal and vertical surfaces of sunken.
