Dismantling timber scantlings, 40 Sqcm over in section in any position, fixed with nails unframed work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of framed trusses, span n. exc. 10m, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of etc. confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel as in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, Tee, Angle, Channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth, including preparation of new steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with and including the following specifications & provisions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge including dismantling old unserviceable false ceiling including grid frame work of any type:- (i) Snap grid framework shall be fixed to ceiling with supporting hanger consisting of 6mm dia mild steel rod, J bolts with necessary bolts, nuts and washers all as manufacturer's instruction. (ii) The main and cross tees shall be jointed at junction/ crossings with anodized aluminium angle bracket size shall be 15x15x1.5mm, weight not less than 0.12 Kg per running metre, fixed with suitable mild steel bolts nuts and washers, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) The snap grid (main/ cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminium angle of size 40x25x2mm, weight not less than 0.36 Kg per running metre. (iv) Size of the snap grids shall be as required at site. (v) PVC protected sheeting shall be used to avoid scratches, damage to the framework while fixing to ceiling (vi) Finally S&F 8 mm thick Calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre as in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Supply and fixing in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Litres capacity ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, two layered including with brass tank nipple of suitable size & dia, 20 mm ball brass valve high pressure with rod & high density plastic ball, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconneting existing tank of capacity exceeding 500 and not exceeding 1000 litrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs gun metal globe or gate valves of 20mm dia pipes with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, fixed in repairs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course / PCC paddings in roof tops for roof treatment, finished the surfaces even & smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces / slabs, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with admixture of integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement for filling depressions if any to receive water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane, having minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (Weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface @ 0.30 ltr/sqm by torched application, including dismantling / taking out of old existing roof treatment, having in single layer or multi-layer in roofs of any thickness including plastering, concrete padding including brick tiles or terracing tiles (Brick tiles shall be dismantled along with mud phuska) (whether full thickness removed or part thereof) of any description on horizontal and vertical surface and removed spoil / rubbish outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The surface shall be cleaned with wired brushed to receive the PCC padding.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing galvanised iron water tubing medium grade with all fitting & fixtures such as bends, elbow, socket, reducer etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor including taking down of old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:- (a) 15 mm bore.

(b) 20mm bore.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, brick walls & making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good, cutting exc. 20cm girth, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring pre polished mirror finished 20-25mm thick, laid & joint with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding & polishing and laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling of old unserviceable stone slabs / tiles of any type in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of kota stone slab not less than 550mmx550mm (cut size except the location where balanced.)

All as per item No.18 herein before but on vertical surfaces such as dado / skirting, steps etc. over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC path or hard standing, finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including fixing of glass dividing strips in position including demolition of existing PCC of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, finished the surfaces fair & even to receive floor finishes including demolition of existing cement concrete of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chequered cement concrete tile 300x300x25 mm thick, glossy finish / rubber moulded, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement & pigment laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismentling of old unserviceable stone slab / tiles fixed in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate), cxceeding 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete including dismantling of existing brick work or stone boulders or PCC block masonary built in any mortar including all arches, pillars etc including removal of demolished materials n. exc. 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / stone masonary or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for 1.5mm thick and 38mm wide plastic dividing strips inserted in position to confirm design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, factory made chamfered edge, rubber moulded / glossy finish, design & pattern as in foot path, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including dismantling of old unserviceable stone slabs / tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantaling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts & struts of any type, embeded in concrete, any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling / mass concrete / base of fencing posts, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality B as in doors or gates of angle iron or other section complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running railsand guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc , flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 any size, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel screw bolt dia of shank 11 to 15 mm (machine made) exc. 5 but n. exc. 10 cm in length, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing with line wire 50x50mm mesh size, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS Wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.
