REPAIR TO JOINERIES AND OTHER MISC WORKS IN TECH AND DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN PURNEA UNDER AGE (I) (AF) PURNEA

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Square Metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt ), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters in chowkats, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fixed to chowkhats,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel Framed work Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- B as M.S. hold fast/ lugs or fasteners in doors fastening and fixing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 200 mm long mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enameled black, with bright bolt ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel sliding door bolt plate type 250 mm long stove enameled black with bright bolt not less 12 mm dia bolt with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150 mm long mild steel pressed steel handle, oval type, stove enameled black, complete all as specified and directed.
