M&L for comprehensive periodical maintenance, repair & servicing of Screw type compressor unit, Shell & Tube type Condenser unit of Central Air Conditioning Plant. Make: Voltas of capacity 200TR as per manufacturer instructions by authorised dealer of company including descaling of machine and connected water pipe line using suitable chemical, greasing & lubrication of moving parts, leakage repair including brazing work, nitrogen testing etc. and replacing the defective or unserviceable spare parts in repairs as below for 200 TR Voltas Screw Chillers of Central AC Plant as directed Note:- i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. (ii) Cost of Labour of connecting item Nos 1.01 to 1.17 are shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Material and Labour for overhauling of complete of 200 TR capacity chiller unit of Voltas make complete with replacement of worn out /unserviceable parts including piston, piston rings, connecting rod, connecting rod bearings, gudgeon pin, head spring, compressor bearing, crank shaft, oil seal, oil ring, oil plate, compressor cylinder, load/unload assembly, oil pressure valve, suction reed, discharge reed, oil pump, gasket, oil filter, fan belt, temperature meter, pressure meter, LP switch, HP switch, oil failure switch, oil pressure switch, temp sensor, gas sensor, drayer, solenoid coil, chiller main controller circuit, coupling etc. and reassembling the same after complete repair and replacement of parts with accessories as nut, bolts, washers etc. , installation on existing foundation, coupling with existing electrical motor with proper alignment including testing, commissioning etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Servicing & Repairing work of chiller unit to be done by the authorised representative of OEM. All spares parts mentioned in above description as required for repair /servicing shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

M&L for complete overhauling of Cooling Tower of 200 TR Central AC Plant by dismantling PVC Honeycomb fills, cooling fan, sprinklers, draining out of water, removing algae, silt, cleaning complete cooling tower body by removing scale, dust, dirt, cleaning existing external surface and servicing of mechanical components including repair / replacement of bottom tray of cooling tower, including replacement of gear box bearing, gear oil, mechanical coupling and overhauling of the complete transmission system of cooling tower and re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position, testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Chage and replacement of following unserviceable parts in repair as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. (ii) Cost of Labour of connecting item Nos 2.01 to 2.04 are shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for complete overhauling of Hot Water generator 300 KW of Make Rapid Cool by unscrewing and draining out water to detect leakages, welding wherever necessary, removing burnt heater , cleaning, removing silt etc from bottom level of tank, putting insulation sleeves to bare conductors and re-assembling all the dismantled components and testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and replacing the following unserviceable parts in repair as required. Dismantling and taking out defective monoblock pump of capacity upto 100 LPS from foundation and shifting to workshop for repair/replacement of impellers, beanings, seals etc. Refitting at foundation after repair testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out defective centrifugal pump of capacity 123 cum /hr ,from foundation and shifting to workshop for repair/replacement of impellers, bearings, seals etc, Refitting at foundation after repair testing and commissioning complete to the entire satification as required.

Disconnecting the electrical and mechanical connection of burnt electrical motors from the site / location, transporting to and from to work shop. Rewinding of electrical motors/ pump motors by dismantling and removing the burnt cut copper winding wire cleaning the slots of stator with petrol and brushes winding polyester based super enamelled copper wire of same gauge of original one with proper class of insulation including varnishing and heating the coil and remove air bubbles complete stator / rotor after rewinding reassembling all parts including reinstalling connection to original position and testing on full load all as directed by Engineer in charge for different capacity of motor as per following :- (a) 1 to 2 HP capacity

Supply Painting of complete air conditioning plant equipments refrigerant/water suction / discharge / liquid piping of any specification with enamel paint of approved quality after prepration of surface including conceled fitments e.g., condenser , chillar, valves etc as per IS colour code of Cental air cinditioning plants including writing MES / SM No complete.

Servicing of Air washer upto 3800 CFM unit including cleaning of pads with chemical and cleaning of air filters, draining out old water from inlet and outlet pipes and refilling fresh water and testing after servicing complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for earthing complete along with excavation and earth work with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm and 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of the galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed and 20 mm GI pipe medium grade with funnel for watering and 40 mm GI medium grade pipe 7.5 mtr for GI earth strip protection from earth pit to test point & PCC for pit with white wash including CI pit cover 30 x 30 cm by taking down old unserviceable earthing.
