Construction of Box Cell Bridge of (1x6.0M x 4.0m)
Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & requied depth including ry dry density not less than 1.44 gm/1.52 gm/1.65 gm per cc respectively within initial leads & lifts from approved borrow pits away from the toe of the final section of the road embankments bottom of the pit not being cut by an imaginary line having a slope 1.4 projected from the edge of the final section of bank including rough dressing and breaking colds max. 5cm to7cm & laying in layers each layer not exceeding 23cm in depth up to required level including removal of roots,shrubs bushes and all foreign derbis from the earth and benching the road embankment,sectioning and cambering the earth work and conveyance of all materials, T&P articles required for the work complete in all respects as per the direction of the engineer in charge and to measured on section mesurement after completion under MOC condition @97% /100% /100% of standard proctor density for embnkments / shoulders/ sub grade respectively etc including cost of controlled compaction with PRR watering for achieving OMC condition and as per direction of E.I.C.
Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leasds & lifts including cost,conveyance ,royality & taxes of all materials & cost of all labours
Providing Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation upto a required depth below ground level and upto a required height above ground level /bed level/using 4cm size hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarrydown graded in conformity with clause-302.6.2 of IRC-21/1987 of approved quality (test in laboratory) from approved quarry & concrete laid in continuous operation using tremie pipes or skip boxes upto required depth including lowering, hoisting & laying in layers of 150 mm. thick with cost, conveyance royalty & other taxes of all materials, labour hire charges of all T&P & machineries required for the work complete in all respect. (in case of grouted concrete the grout mix shall not be leaner than 1:2) (Recuperation test may have to be done if directed by Engineer-in-Charge).

Providing HYSD bars confirming to approved grade including all labours for cutting ,bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete with Cess in all respect (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor) as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
Providing Rough stone dry packing / pitching in slope, protection walls, approns and revetments to designed thickness using hard granite stones of required size of approved quality from approved quarry including quarrying supplying conveying and cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials including T&P complete including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging and hammering finished to proper slope and level as per direction of the Engineer – in – charge including dewatering if required.
Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7
Providing filter media in the rear of abutment, wing wall & return wall with granular material including all cost, carriage, royality & labour as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
APPROACH ROAD
Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lift & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms,spreading, grading to a required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT & H specification for Road & Bridge work (AR - 2006, P - 157, item no - 35)
Providing & laying Granular Sub-Base in layers not exceding 225 mm watering and compacting to required density in O.M.C with Vibratory Roller including hire and running charges of VRR etc complete.
Providing,& laying following size metal as per MOST specification for WBM to a uniform thicknes of 100mm and packing the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to proper camber including conveying and spreading crusher dust etc complete

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface pf granular base including clearing of road surface & spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc.
Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg/sqm including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc.
Providing and laying 20 mm thick Premix Carpet using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size chips with 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, tar boiler and other T&P articles including all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc. (With H.M.plant)
Providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated Seal Coat Type - B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8 kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixture, tar boiler etc including all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc.(With H.M.plant)
