SCH 'A' PART-I

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and including cornices plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose scales, and foreign materials scarping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based material of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers) by scarping with steel scrapers or any other mean including filling depressions of scrapped surface with putty and preparation of surface for further treatment and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-writing letters or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) 10 Nos per CM height not exc 30cm high with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-writing stops, commas, short-line, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scarping with steel scrapers or any other mean including filling depressions of scrapped surface with putty and preparation of surface for further treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a 3 mm of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of exiting treatment from external walls (any no of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint, white or tinted to achieve even and fair surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete/plaster surfaces of any description and in any position over 10cm width of girth and applying one coat of ready mixed paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of undecorated concrete surface of road side kerbs/appex stones and similar items of any description and in any position exceeding 10 cm width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint to the strip pattern and of different tint(s) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on old work with one or more coats complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick, as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber mould chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment laid as in floors, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of PCC grade M-25 and of shape and size as directed, set, jointed and pointed in cement and sand mortar (1:3) fixed as in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earth work and making good the disturb surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal and disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick, machine made, 1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured, glossy finish, interlocking paver blocks/tiles, of triangular/Zigzag/Hexagonal/in shape or shape and design as approved, with grey cement and pigment, having crushing strength not less than 300Kg/Sqcm and conforming to IS specifications, laid over and including a layer of 25mm thick sand cushion including filling the joints with sand, as in floors/ paths/ pavings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable PVC pipe of any description and in any position and supplying and supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or fixed in vertical position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of undecorated concrete surface of road side kerbs/appex stones and similar items of any description and in any position exceeding 10 cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint to the strip pattern and of different tint(s) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling / mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in brick walls finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing, 75 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement including joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, steps, plinth courses, benching, kneelers, apex stone bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including necessary formwork to achieve even and smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes class NP 2 (ISI marked) of bore 450 mm and jointed in CM (1:3) complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick (compacted thickness) including watering, ramming to a true surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of RCC posts or struts of any section including taking out embedded portion and making good of disturbed ground (posts embedded in natural ground) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No. 31 here-in-before but posts embedded in concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any type fixed in any situation including flat iron MS round bars, mounted on nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in soft and loose soil each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only, chain link fencing of MS galvanized fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only chain link fencing and line wire will be measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel round bars, 10mm dia cut to length weared and securing chain link fencing to fencing posts, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bricks, sub class B, laid flat in drain bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 and pointing in CM 1:3 of old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bricks, sub class B, laid on edge in floors flat in drain bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 and pointing in CM 1:3 of old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm in width or girth of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface but n.exc 10 cm width or girth of any description when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted concrete/plaster surfaces of any description and in any position over 10cm width of girth and applying two coat of ready mixed paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including, securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note:- Each line of wire shall be measured.
