Demolition of concrete structure of any description

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.,

Earthwork Excavation in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and width and getting out.

Material and labour for Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with spread thickness 150mm.

Material and labour for7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of Granite , trap or basalt grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required

M & L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm aggregate.

Earthwork in post holes of not exceeding 0.50 Cu.m each and getting out in dense/hard soil including removal of earth from the site and filling the low lying area near by.

Material and labour for sand filling in foundation including watering and consolidation.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix 20mm graded aggregate in pre-cast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts struts etc., for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 250 sq cm and not exceeding 400 sq.cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitered tops as directed and fixed.

Supply and fixing of twisted MS Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spiraling for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS Wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Supply and fixing of twisted MS Bars 8mm dia and less, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spiraling for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS Wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Supply and fixing of concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia, 8 metre openable length, having 50 nos rounds per 8 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165kg/sq. mm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 1.25 kg/metre and fixing the same with Y-shaped angle iron placed 2.1 m apart and with 4 horizontal R.B.T. (Reinforced Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with G.I. staple sand G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only of concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia, 8 metre openable length, having 50 nos rounds per 8 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165kg/sq. mm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 1.25 kg/metre and fixing the same with Y-shaped angle iron placed 2.1 m apart and with 4 horizontal R.B.T. S & F of Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. in aprons, compound wall Y angles and over gates as directed (each line wire to be measured).

M & L for M20 grade reinforced cement concrete type A1, 1:1.5:3 mix using graded 20mm graded aggregate in columns bands etc.,

Material and labour for formwork to the square, rectangular or polygonal column sides and band sides including a fair finish surface.

Supply and Fixing of structural steel of Fe 290 - (Gde-E- 165) for Framed work in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails, braces, stanchions built up of one beam etc complete drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc,to be prepared for handing or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings including steel sheeting and hanging also fastening and locking arrangements etc and fixing complete all as directed by EIC.

M & L for painting on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer including preparing new surfaces.

M & L for Brick work built in CM.1:6 using Sub-Class “B” Bricks,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius .

Material and labour for plastering with CM 1:4, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces work.

Material and labour for applying two coat of exterior plastic emulsion on external wall surfaces.

Removal of demolished debris / rock exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed.

Removal of demolished soil exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed.
