Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment on roof surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including taking down of existing roof treatment, properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 by using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in covings/benching and padding for maintaining slopes where required over slabs n.exc 15 cm thick including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on roof surfaces/concrete surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof/chajja/vertical surface with 3mm thick polymeric standard water proofing APP membrane weight not less than 3 kg/m2 comprising of the following for non approachable roof including cleaning, sweeping and washing with water to remove all dust etc from the plastered roof surfece or walls applying a coat of hot air blown bitumen of grade 82/25 confirming to IS 702 @ 1.20 kg/m2 over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3 kg /m2 on prepared surface weight of APP membrane not less than 3 kg/m2 with 100 mm over laps with sides and end . the over lap shall be sealed flame including with vertical surface after cutting necessary grooves and making good with PCC gala 1:2:4 type B1 etc adhere to hot blown bitumen all as per manufacturere instruction (i) over membrane applying a coat of hot applying bitumen of grade 85/25 confirming to ISD 702 @ 0.75 Kg/sqm binding material such as dry condition minimum shall be dusted over bitumen including cement slurry 3Kg/Sqm, including two coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern or roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing sunken floor leakage as per following steps :- Surface preparation :- (i) Prior to application of Dr fixit powercrite, ensure to clean the substract which shoud be free from all the dust, foregn particles, loose aggregate and oil grease etc. This can be done with the help of scarifying, grinding water jetting and sand blasting etc. (ii) The surface should be wetted well prior to application throughly with water to get SSD condition. (iii) All the depression or pin holes/pot holes to be repaired using Dr Fixit powercrete method mortar in mixing ratio of (1 kg cement: 1.50 kg silica sand : 0.50kg of Dr Fixit powercrete). Coating application :- (i) Mix Cement with Dr. Fixit Powercrete in ratio of 1 : 0.50 (1 kg cement OP C53 : 0.50 Dr. Fixit Powercrete ) by weight. (ii) The mix should be stirred thoroughly until smooth homogeneous paste is obtained. (iii) Apply first coat over SSD /wet condition substrate. (iv) Apply and unroll woven glass fibre cloth evenly on the wet coating before it dries out on larger areas. (v) Using a nylon brush, apply one coat of Dr. Fixit Powercrete coating over the glass fabric so as to cover the fabric, allow 5-6 hours of air drying before application of another coat of Dr. Fixit Powercrete slurry coating over the surface. (vi) Provide polymer modified protective plaster of 15-20 mm thick over the coating to ensure safety from mechanical damage. Curing :- (i) Allow Dr. Fixit Powercrete coating to air cure for 3-6 hours after the final coat. (ii) Do not allow the rapid drying of the coating by covering the coating with help of polythene sheet in case of high humidity and windy condition. (iii) However, a moist curing after the air drying is advisable. (iv) Following the moist curing, Dr. Fixit Powercrete coating shall be allowed to air cured for 3 days before submerging it in water.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.
