Providing and laying in position average 25mm thick A.S flooring in cement concrete (1:2:4 ) using 12mm & down graded crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin , laying, punning, watering & curing, including cost, conveyance, royalty etc complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing in position cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation with 40 mm & down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate mixed including cost, conveyance, labour, royalty, including mobilization, demobilization, hire and running charges of all machineries, curing and cleaning with all lead, lift and delift etc. complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of vitrified floor tile of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS: 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slurry and filling joints with white cement colour pigments of approved make and quality icluding cost of all materials labour cess royalty watering curing etc complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying fitting & fixing of printed ceramic wall tile having thickness of 6.5mm to 6.7mm of size 200mm x 300mm of approved make conforming to IS: 13753 laid on 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry and filling joints with white cement colour pigments of approved make and quality icluding cost of all materials labour cess royalty watering curing etc complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris and disposal the same within initial lead and lift etc. complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Brick work in C.M (1:6) in super structure with fly ash bricks of size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance +/- 8% and laying the bricks on full bed of mortar in headers and stretcher by racking out joints to a depth of 10 mm on the face side including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour, curing and all incidental charges, scaffolding including all leads, lifts, deilfts, etc but excluding GST. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick C.P.in C.M.(1:4) finished smooth over R.C.C surface finished smooth including curing and using good quality screened sand from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, royality, with all lead, lift and delift etc. complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer -in- charge. (measurement will be taken on finished and approved surface )

Providing and laying 12mm thick C.P.in C.M.(1:6) finished smooth over stone/brick masonry work including curing and using good quality screened sand from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, royality, with all lead, lift and delift etc. complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer -in- charge. (measurement will be taken on finished and approved surface )

Providing all materias labour T&P fitting and fixing of double leaf panelled MS Door shutters with M.S frame over all size including frame 1980mm (H) x 1070mm (W) made out of the following materials conforming to relevant I.S.S. Frame- 35X35X6mm MS angle, shutter style- top and bottom rail 25X25X3mm MS angle. Door pannel-1.0 mm C.R sheet. Panel stiffners covering width of each leaf- 19X5mm, MS flat 3 nos on each leaf, Hinges sizes- 100 mm 6 nos (3 nos on each side) bought out as per I.S.S. Hold fast- 35X35X6mm MS angle 175mm length bifurcated at the tip 3 nos on each side. Handle-19X5mm MS flat fabricated- 4 nos. Aldrop- 2 nos. bought out as per I.S.S tower bolt- 2 nos. bought out as per I.S.S. (Approximate weight-54 kg) including cost, conveyance etc complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing all materials labour T&P fitting and fixing of MS pannelled window double leaved shutter with MS frame and grill. Over all size including frame- 1220mm (H) X 910mm (W) made out of the following materials conforming to relevant I.S.S. Frame- 35X35X6mm MS angle. Shutter style- Top and bottom rail 25X25X3mm MS angle. Window pannel-1.0 mm CR sheet. Panel stiffners covering width of each leaf- 19X5mm MS flat 2 nos on each leaf. Hinges-size 100 mm 4 nos (2 nos on each side) bought out as per I.S.S. Hold fast- 35X35X6mm MS angle 100mm length bifurcated tip 2 nos (on each side). Handle-19X5mm MS flat 2 nos. fabricated (in side). Tower bolt-4 nos bought out as per I.S.S. Horizontal grills-12mm MS round at 100mm spacing. (Approximate weight 39 kg) including cost, conveyance, etc complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing all labour T&P for Priming 1 coat on Wood/Steel surface with approved primer after thoroughly cleaning the surface incluiding cost, conveyance,etc complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing all material Labour T&P for Painting two coats on new wood & Iron works with approved paint to give an even shade after priming thoroughly cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance etc complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard or gravelly soil with all lead, lift , delft including dewatering dressing and leveling the bed and cutting the sides to design profile of the foundation trench as required and depositing the excavated materials including loading and unloading away from site of the work and spreading the excavated materials in layers not exceeding 0.30 in depth complete but excluding GST in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Filling foundation and plinth with clean and coarse sand well watered and rammed etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, etc. complete in all respect but excluding GST and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
