Repairing/Servicing/ Overhauling of Upadhaya Make Non return Valves of size( 450 mm dia of pump set no 1 & 6 – 2 Nos.) at Kondli Gharoli SPS by carrying out the following works:-Safety equipment’s & Scaffolding equipment’s have to be arranged for the workers as the work has to be done upto the height Non Return Valve from the ground level. The same includes loading, unloading & cartage charges etc.

Cutting and opening of all nut bolts of N.R.V body cover plate. Lifting of body cover with the help of Tri pod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement to take it to safer place.

Taking out complete Disc with disc arm & Shaft from the N.R.V body by lifting with the help of Tri pod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement. Cleaning of body seat ring of N.R.V from inside by chemical solution and polishing by manual arrangement. Cleaning of disc retaining seat ring by chemical solution, emery paper etc. and polishing as required.

Supply of hinge pin. (SS-410)

Supply of cover bolts & seat. (IS : 1367 Class 4.6/4.0)

Supply of Gas kit. (Rubber IS : 638 Type-B)

Supply of bushes for disc holding shaft. (GM IS :318 LTB-2)

Supply of cover plug.

Renovation of NRV disc with arms by fixing of new bushes in the bore as per the size of NRV shaft. The job includes removing of worn out seat & making of proper size & machining of new bushes as per the required size and fixing the same for smooth functioning

Fixing of complete disc with arm, shaft in N.R.V body by proper matching of both the seat rings of body & disc, fixing of body cover with the help of manual labour arrangement etc after replacing of rubber gasket & damaged nut bolts & tightening ofnut bolts with spanner etc. as required by job.

Repairing/Servicing/ Overhauling of Upadhaya Make suction Sluice Valve of size700mm Dia of Pump set no -2 & 3 at Kondli Gharoli SPS Safety equipments & Scaffolding equipments have to be arranged for the workers as the work has to be done upto the height of Sluice Valve from the ground level. The same includes loading,unloading & cartage charges etc.

Removing of wheel along with complete gear box from the sluice valve stem, Opening/cutting of all nut bolts/studs of upper dome (Bonnet) of sluice valve body, Yoke and Gland Plate bolts.

Lifting of bonnet with the help of lifting & manual labor arrangement to take it to safer place in the pump house as per site requirement.

Taking out complete wedge from the Sluice Valve body by lifting with the help of Tripod chain block arrangement. Cleaning of body seat rings of Sluice Valve from inside by chemical solution and polishing by manual arrangement. Cleaning of Sluice Valve wedge facing rings by chemical solution, emery paper etc. and polishing as required.

Supply of nut bolts

Cleaning & repairing of SS spindle threads as required by the job.

Cleaning & repairing of Yoke sleeve threads by matching with SS spindle threads for smooth movement of spindle on load.

Fixing of complete wedge in Sluice valve body with proper matching of both the seat rings of body & wedge rings , fixing of wedge nut along with stem, fixing of bonnet after replacing of gasket & damaged nut bolts/studs, fixing of yoke with the help of lifting arrangement & manual labour etc & tightening of nut bolts with spanner, fixing of Gland packing and Gland Plate etc. with the help of manual labour arrangement etc. as required by job.

Overhauling of complete gear box of the sluice valve including cleaning, greasing and fixing the same on the sluice valve and taking trial run of sluice valve as required by deptt.

Complete equipment transportation charges to & fro for T&P items , men & material at site & their handling etc.
