SPL REPAIR TO ROAD OF HELIPAD AND INTERLOCKING AROUND HELIPAD UNDER GE (I) GOS

M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm and laying premixed bituminious macadam well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade@ 9.8 Kgs per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (Iincluding supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on back top/concrete surfaces than applying evenly priming tack coat with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 penetration over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 Kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces rolled & compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechanical paver finisher. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Job Mix formula as per MORTH Specification shall be got done from the accredited Govt's approved lab and cost there on shall be born by the contractor. Bitumen content indicated in description shall be minimum however actual requirement of bitumen binder in plus side shall be as per Job Mix formula. Work shall be executed after approval of Job Mix formula by GE.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber n.exc 75mm thickness (consolidated thickness) with 4% binder content of VG -30 by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechnical paver finished complete.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc to receive the marking and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line marking having 1.0 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yelow clour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm & depth exc 50 mm & n exc 100 mm. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick water bound macadam in two layers of 75 mm each (compacted thickness), with coarse aggregate of stone (granite / trap/ basalt) of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, providing evenly a tack coat of bitumen at the rate 10 kg per ten Sqm & providing Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled & compacted to required camber & gradient complete. (Mix shall be obtained from HOT MIX PLANT and spreading shall be done with MECHANICAL PAVER). Complete all as specified & directed.

(Colour :- Yellow/Red/Amber) Make: Series 290 of 3M or Road Star or Equivalent.
