O and M of Andhra Power House

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of Two Industrial PoE Network Switch Managed L2/L2+ System at Forebay Site/Surge Shaft of Andhra Power House, comprising industrial managed PoE switch with SFP+ uplink ports, 02 pairs of 10G BiDi SFP+ optical transceivers, 02 Nos. RJ45 copper SFP modules, and 8U wall-mounted network rack (Welkar/RAISE or equivalent) with lockable door, ventilation and power sockets. The work includes and networking equipment, installation of fiber and Ethernet patch cords, SFP modules, power adapters, connectors, cable management, earthing, labeling, configuration, testing and commissioning of the complete communication system. All accessories, mounting hardware, consumables and incidental items required for a fully functional installation shall be deemed included in the item.

Supply and install a 6-core, 7.5 mm armoured fiber optic cable (2400 glass yarn) approx. 1KM from the Andhra Power House building to Forebay site of Andhra Power House, securely stacked along undamaged existing power poles. Where poles are unavailable, fasten the cable safely to trees using UV-resistant clamps or ties. Ensure mechanical safety during outdoor exposure, maintaining a minimum bend radius of 75 mm (short-term) and 150 mm (long-term), and provide extra cable loops at both ends for future use.

Repair and maintenance of the existing optical fiber communication line by providing, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of approximately 3.0 km of 6-core, 7.2 mm diameter, Single Mode FRP Armoured Optical Fiber Cable between Andhra Power House, Intake Site Gushali and Forebay Site. The cable shall be securely lashed and clamped to the existing undamaged power poles using suitable UV-resistant clamps, stainless steel bands and approved fixing accessories. The work shall include removal of damaged cable sections, alignment of the cable route, proper dressing and securing of the cable while maintaining a minimum bend radius of 75 mm during installation (short-term) and 150 mm under permanent installation (long-term)

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of one complete backup power system at the Intake Site of Andhra Power House for uninterrupted operation of the surveillance system. The work includes supply and installation of one 3 kVA online UPS with inbuilt charger, 72V SMF battery bank consisting of six 12V, 42Ah*6Nos maintenance-free sealed batteries, heavy-duty powder-coated MS battery rack/stand suitable for UPS and battery bank, interconnecting battery cables, terminal kit, input/output power cables, earthing connections, protective devices, cable lugs, glands, nuts, bolts and all accessories required for complete installation. The scope also includes system wiring, testing under load, commissioning, demonstration of satisfactory operation and handing over the complete system in all respects.

Providing, supplying, replacing, testing and commissioning of one 12 V, 200 Ah Flooded Tubular Lead-Acid Battery complete in all respects for the existing inverter backup system installed at the Forebay Site of Andhra Power House. The work includes safe dismantling and disposal of the worn-out battery, supply and installation of a new 12 V, 200 Ah flooded tubular lead-acid battery suitable for continuous float-duty operation, complete with electrolyte, terminal hardware, interconnecting cables, lugs and all necessary accessories. The scope also includes providing and fixing a heavy-duty powder-coated MS stand suitable for mounting the 200 Ah battery and existing inverter, complete with nuts, bolts and anchoring arrangements. Testing of battery charging, inverter performance, load operation and commissioning of the complete backup power system shall be carried out to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation.

AMC of Fiber from Forebay/Surge Shaft to Andhra Power House to Gushali approx 9km line The contractor shall ensure a minimum network uptime of 99.5% during the seven-month free maintenance period. Any communication failure, OFC cable fault, fiber breakage, or equipment malfunction attributable to defective materials, poor workmanship, improper installation or negligence shall be rectified within 24 hours of reporting at no extra cost. Failure to maintain the specified uptime or restore services within the stipulated period shall attract proportionate deductions from the security deposit and other contractual recoveries as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance of Existing CCTV Surveillance System by inspecting, cleaning, reconnecting and weatherproofing approximately 30 Nos. camera connectors using waterproof sealing materials. The work includes checking power supply, network connectivity, camera alignment, testing and commissioning. The scope also includes Supply , Commissioning of 01 No. 6 MP Outdoor IP Dome Camera and 01 No. Outdoor IP PTZ Camera (equivalent to TP-Link VIGI C540 or better) compatible with existing system conforming to BIS and applicable Indian/IEC standards, complete with mounting accessories, power/network connections, configuration, integration with the existing NVR, testing, commissioning and handing over in complete working condition.
