Taking down carefully old unserviceable sub main wiring including meters and making good disturbed surfaces and matching with existing complete all as directed and specified.

S&F Factory made three phase and neutral Sheet Steel made out of CRCA 1.2 mm thick, powder coated double door vertical distribution board 4 way, dust and vermin proof, fitted with two cover, one screwed cover for incoming and outgoing MCBs and the second for protection of MCBs fitted with colour bus bar of capacity 200 Amps, neutral link, earth bar and din rail suitable for use on 240/415V, 50Hz supply, VTPN DB, partly immersed in wall, including of MCCB 4 pole adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic type 100 Amps, 50Hz, 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 16 KA and making good distrubbed surfaces with matching colour, complete all as directed and specified.

S & F installation, commissioning and testing Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made Meter Enclosure. The Meter Box shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The Meter Box with the Provision for 6 Nos Single Phase Meters with Provided Bakelite sheet at the bottom of meters (Size 600 x 600 x 170mm). Meter Box type Wall Mounted type on Mounting Structure RAL 7016, anti-acid, anti corrosive & Fully Transparent Door for meter Vision with four side Screw Drive operated locking . The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of his ASTA CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assemble by OEM, channel partner or sister concerned assembly will not accepted and submit the copy of ASTA CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak, short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits and submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. The Meter Box should passed glow wire test 960oC in accordance with 60695-2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing]. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane . M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only.
