Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Extra over excavation for excavation in muddy excavation

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work upto plinth level.

1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete

Cold twisted bars/ mild steel and MT steel

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing & laying stone solin in position with stone of specified size.

Filling earth beyond the walls for reclaimation of waste land.

Dewatering by way of using motor pumps of specified capacity.
