Dismantling/Taking down to existing unserviceable panel board of any size by disconnecting the existing cable connection, earthing etc complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, laying of cables or pipes (where provided) and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking out un-serviceable/faulty cable/service connection cable of any grade / type / class of size of any size from pole / wall / cable duct under ground trench etc for re-use or removal from site of work complete all as directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4.00 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 05 above but sectional area 16 Sq mm 4 core.

All as per serial item No 05 above but sectional area 50 Sq mm 3.5 core.

All as per serial item No 05 above but sectional area 70 Sq mm 3.5 core.

Laying only old serviceable under ground PVC/XLPE LT cable of any grade , any size laid in trenches / fixed to wall / pole / roof / laid in floor including necessary connections and thimbling complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class B breicks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection including fitting with flat iron clamps, size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts & washers fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting Steel tubular poles type 410 SP-31 (9.00 mtr long) with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts nuts & screws including painted with bituminous paint internal surface of steel tubular pole through out and external surface up to planting depth and remaining external surface shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and painting upto 1.5 mtr with alternate layer of yellow & black including marking Sr No of the poles after dismantling the old existing unserviceable pole complete all as directed. Note:- PCC and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item..

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted during calculation the quantity of PCC for foundation )

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of electric poles/struts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted during calculation the quantity of PCC for coping.)

S&F junction box ,size not less than 200mm x 160mm x 98mm, insulated type , made out with Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced with MCB SP 'C' curve 6 Amp complete all as directed. Make: Hensel, Cat Part No. K 9350 / Siemens / GE Power. Note :- (i). Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate for CJB/PJB (ii).The Polycarbonate Junction Box shall be environment friendly, recyclabe, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. (iii). The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529. (iv).The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. (v).The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60988 - 2 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22 & IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. (vi). The Junction Box color according to RAL 9011. (vii).The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For beter safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade. The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechnical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08.

Supply and fixing Street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI tubing medium grade made to shape 1.5 Mtr long with fixing arrangement for LED fitting duly painted with two coats of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including MS clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washer etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing MS sheet water level indicator board size 30 cm x 450 cm alongwith suitable support MS angle, rope and float valve as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Level indicator board must be painted with two coat of synthetic enemal paint and Levels should be written on it. (ii) Rate of painting and writing deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Material and labour for ACP Sheet 3mm thickness of dimesnion (2feet x 6 feet) alongwith radium tap printing text on one side including iron pipe frame and grouted in PCC 1 :3:6 type B:2 (40mm graded stone aggregate foundation) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Rate of scaffolding deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate

Matrial and labour of water sample from different locations as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in clean/sanitized bottle of capacity 01 Ltr in front of MES rep, carrying out the Bioligical and Chemical analysis test from the govt approved laboratory and submitting the test result to Engineer-in-Charge for each sample complete all as spcified and as directed by Engineer- in Charge.

Supply and install on load changes over switch 800 Amps, 415 Volts, four pole modular construction confirm to IS /IEC 60947-3 with door interlock and pedlock facility in steel sheet enclosure mechanically operated including disconnection and mounting on 50 x 50 x 5 cm MS angle duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel balck paint over a coat of red oxide to grouted in 1 :3:6 PCC foundation including electric connection and dismantling existing change over switch complete all as spcified and as directed by Engineer- in Charge.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level sorrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt fliing in alternate layers etc and connected to and including 32 x 6 mm GI strip upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 20 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including dismantling the old existing earthing complete all as directed.
