Dismantling posts of any description , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes in hard/dense soil n.exc. 0.5 cum and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and making good the surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS framed work such as in fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding etc, and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC coated GI chain link fencing 3.5mm dia with 50mm x 50mm mesh including fixing of MS line wire / rod, flat iron & machine made hexagonal or square head bolts to fencing posts including dismantling of existing fencing and fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts 10mm dia machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends for fixing of chain link fencing.

Supply only MS bars 10mm dia for support to chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as manufacturers instruction and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate laid in panels surface finish even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 20mm graded aggregate as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement , including forms , moulds, mi-tred / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC solid block masonry 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, exc 10cm in width and built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping including necessary form work finished fair and even including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surface and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforcement TMT steel bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS round bars 10mm dia & over cut to length, bent to shape required for handles of manhole cover slab, painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in covers slabs over drains including necessary formwork etc set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chalk whitening on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of Newly Plastered surfaces of Wall and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel tubing of any diameter or square or rectangular in shape, thickness of wall not less than 1.6 mm of grade AISI-316 type Aesthetic anticorrosive in nature as in framed work/Posts/fencing work/ railings/grills/designer work, purposely made doom and base welded with tubing where required including cutting, bending, welding, grinding, buffing and bright polishing the welded joints and adjacent areas and fixing in any type of location complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of tiles of any description or thickness in floor, hearth or wall including cement mortar bedding, removing debris off the premises.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite of flamed finished (flaming and pattern as directed by GE/ ENGR-IN-CHARGE) any type of work, fixed to horizontal / vertical surfaces of wall, risers, floor complete including necessary screed bed / backing of 20mm thick in CM 1:4 and finishing joints with white cement 1:2 using marble dust with mixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate including cutting in curvature shape, moulding and wastage etc

M&L for preparation of old/new painted steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.
