Construction of ramp and additional buildings to the urban community health centre UCHC at singanallur in ward no. 61 East zone.

Amount

1. Dismantling the old Damaged RCC slab Work etc., complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

2. Dismantling the old Damaged Brick Work etc., complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

3. Earth work in all soils to required depth, either by cutting and disposal of excavated soil to areas of fill or by filling with earth suitable for filling brought from areas of cutting or borrow pits in all kinds of soils except rock requiring blasting etc complete.,

4.Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete as per the direction of the departmental offiers

5.Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

6. Reinforced Cement Concrete in broken stone in 1:1½:3 mix (one cement one and a half sand, three jelly) using 20mm HBG jelly trench etc., complete as per the direction of departmental officer

7. Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as Columns Footing, Plinth Beam etc., in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed.

8. Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC Slabs, Rectangular Beams and columns, Tee or ECC Beams, Lintel Bed Block, staircase Waisyt slab and canopy etc., in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed.

9.BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Table molded chamber burnt ) bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.

10.Supply and Filling with well gravel layer by layer including watering,ramming and consolidation etc complete

11. Supply and fixing of UPVC casement Doors using with Upvc sections of outter frame with 60x55x2.4mm with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. All the hardwares like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws19 etc, complete as per standard specification.

12. Plastering with C.M 1:5 mix using 12 mm thick etc., complete as per the direction of departmental officer

13. Plastering with C.M 1:3 mix using 12 mm thick etc., complete as per the direction of departmental officer

14. Dadooing the walls with first quality approved Colour Glazed tiles with printed designs of size 45cm x 30cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete as per the direction of the departmental officers

15.Paving the floor with vitrified Floor Tiles of size 60 x 60 cm. of approved brand and colour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60x60 cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc. complete complying with standard specification.

16.Paving the floor with Antiskid ceramic Floor Tiles of size 30 x 30 cm. of approved brand and colour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60x60 cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc. complete complying with standard specification.

17. Supply & fixing of 'L' angle purlin & ms pipe etc complete. including cost of transporting to site, Gas Cutting, Welding etc., ciomplete as per the direction of the departmental officers

18. Providing and grouting of existing RCC beams and column emmbers with M60 grade cementitious grout (Non-Shrink) of approved make by suitable means (Free flowing/Pump), Curing etc., complete as per the directions of departmental officers.

19. Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including thorough cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust etc., completed.

20. Structural Glazing: Providing and fixing structural glazing fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated (Base steel as per IS 513 of ‘D’ quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams / sqm.) with total coated thickness of 0.72mm. The glass holding section made of 304 grade SS of 0.6mm thick. Galvanized steel sections are to be used as stiffeners inside the colour coated steel / powder coated sections as per the design requirement. Design calculations are made to suit wind pressures as given in IS 875. Paint specifications: Primer coat with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder upto 50-60 microns thick. Dimensions: The section should be of 37 x 53mm for frame vertical, 37 x 53mm for frame orizontal section and section for reinforcement should be of 31 x 55mm. glass holding section should be of 37 x 37mm for top and bottom grids in between should be of 37 18mm. Accessories: Brackets made of CRCA powder coated /electro plated should be used to fix vertical at top and bottom and vertical to slab as per site requirement. Polyurethane brackets should be used to connect horizontal section to vertical sections. Silicone: Natural cure, with good UV resistance to be used.The above frame should be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self–expanding cap and driving MS electro plated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames. Glass: 5mm reflective Saint Gobain OR equivalent.

21. Providing and fixing Aluminium composite Panel (ACP) 4 sided having 50x25x1.50mm frame work vertical and horizontal out of specially designed extruded sections withstand with wind pressure of 180 Kg/m2 and fabricated and fixed at all level elevation and heights etc complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers.

22. Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light Point / Fan Point (For Electronic Regulator) - SD 21

32. Paving the floor with GRANITE SLAB (SUPER FINE POLISHED WITH MACHINE CUT EDGES) of sizes 1.2m x 0.60m and above of 18mm to 20mm thickness in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 25mm thick and white cement slurry layer of 3mm thick over this, laid in situ and pointed with white cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and shining to the alignment including cutting the granite slab to size with machine cutting polishing using different grade of corporandum stone, oxalic acid, tin oxide etc., and including hire charges or polishing machinery etc., complete. For JET BLACK COLOUR.

33.Supply & Fixing Stainless Steel hand rails with wall fixing arrangements for differently abled persons easy access etc., complete as per the direction of the Departmental officers

35. Supply and fixing of EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET (WHITE ) with 'P' or 'S' Trap with Double Flapped seat and seat cover with Brass Highes and 10 litre capacity PVC low level flushing tank with all internal fittings

Supplying and fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthenware wash hand basin of size 550 X 400 mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm diametre brass chromium plated piller tape,32 mm diametre C.P.
