AMc of 2 No. 1010 KVA DG set alongwith AMF and synchronisation panel at AIMSS Chamiana at Shimla for the year 2026 to 27.w.e.f. 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027

Annual maintenance contract of 1010 KVA DG set Kirloskar Make at AIMSS Chamiana for the period of one year.The scope of work will include the following

Inspection of DG set i/c altrnator,engine,AMF panel, sysnchoronisation panel (6 no. visits @ 1 no. Per 2 month)

Servicing of D.G.Set (6 visits in a year to check the general condition of Genset. Check and set operation  Service of DG will be carried out as per CPWD/HPPWD Specifications norms. Consumable like Lube oil & filters must be replaced once in a year.  Check & monitor the performance during each visit.  To check ensure optimum performance of sub assemblies of machine.  To check fuel timing, tappet clearance etc, for diesel engines and set the same as required.  To check all the fasteners, belts & hose etc.  To check and set operation of warning devices.  To check and set operational parameters of breakdown of engines.  To check health of batteries.  Rectification of faults in case of any breakdown.  To check all electrical connections/relays , AMF Panel and sysnchonisation panel

replacement of spin lubricating oil filter cartage-2nos.

replacement of fuel filter element primary-2 nos.

replacement of fuel filter element secondry-2 nos.

replacement of coolant-260 ltr for each service.

replacement of engine oil- 150 ltr for each service

replacement of main element for Air cleaner-2 no.

replacement of fan belt set - 1no.

replacement of rubber hose cleaner as and when required.

replacement of hose radiator to Engin as and when required.

replacement of hose Engine to radiator as and when required.

replacement of Fuel pipe feed pump to filter as and when required.

replacement of Fuel pipe filter to pump .as and when required.

replacement of Battery wire as and when required.

replacement of Battery Terminal as and when required.Adding electrolyte to battery whenerver required.

Software support in regards to generator and flasing of customisable parmeters along with AMF paneland synchornisation panel / Sub Panel's working as and when required shall be provided by the contractor

In addition to above the contractor will attend the complaint when there is fault in DG set with in 4 hours.It will be responsibillity of the contractor that the DG sets are run smoothly during the contract period.
