Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Providing & laying in position cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 fine sand derived from 3 natural sources: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) D.S.R. (2023) CODE. 4.1.11

Brick masonry work in 1:4 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specification Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203. MORD Spec. 600 & 1200 II Chapter 11 Sl.No. 11.5 (2)

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing-rolling with 3-wheeled smooth roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of course aggregtate watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification clause. MoRD Spec. 405 Chapter 4 SI.No. 4.7

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing-rolling with 3-wheeled smooth roller 80-100 KN in stages to 6 proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of course aggregtate watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification clause MoRD Spec. 405 Chapter 4 SI.No. 4.7

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 Grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2. M 30 (Grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregates not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mixed design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plate, including levelling the formwork as per Drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction, joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealent, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501

Supply and fixing of informatory M.S sign board, size 1.2X0.90m made of 18mm gauge M.S sheet fic in ISA 40X40X6mm, frame support in back side by 40X5mm flat iron on all four side along with to vertical post of2.90mt. Diagonal bracing of size 40x5mm fiat iron, electrically welded and painted with one coat red oxide primer and 2 coat superier quality enamel paint with lettering work of required specified information also l/c fixing in trench both side C.C. 1:2:4 size 0.45 x 0.45x0.50 m Required for proper complation of the work.
