Hire & labour charges for stage made by iron structure with stair case along with necessary bracing, post & runner etc. as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2025.

Hire and labour charges for erecting of temporary pandel with salbullah post and bamboo runner with water proof tarpaulin cover, colour cloth walling & ceiling under the pandel, jhalore (all cloth will be treated with fire retardant chemical before use) & facia frame including fitting fixing the flex on front & sides and covering the post with coloured cloth and decorating with flowers & leafs as per direction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2025.

Hire and labour charges for errecting platform with 19 mm thick ply and necessary post bracing runner of suitable section and also providing a star component as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2025.

Colour cloth walling on wood or batton frame at the inside and outside of the pandel and for vew cutter etc. (all cloth will be treated with fire retardant chemical before use) including cost of all labour and material complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2025.

Hire and labour charges for GCI sheet walling with necessary post, bracing etc. complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2025.

Hiring & instaling chemical portable toilet including cost of carriage, labour for cleaning, watering as & when required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge on the occassion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2025.

Hiring PVC chairs during function and arranging those properly on ground time to time as per direction of Engineer- in-charge including carriage of chairs to site, their retention till the end of the function and their removal after conclusion of function including cost of all labour and material complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2025.

Hire and labour charges for supplying of glass topped central table of size 2' X 1.5' aloiing with suitable table cloth including carriage of tables to site, their retention till the end of the function and their removal after conclusion of function including cost of all labour and material complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge on the occassion of Durgapuja Carnival, 2025.

Supplying labour for cleaning and maintenance of all VIP toilets and chemical toilets at Red road, including toilets provided at the holding area for Puja Committee, participants at Khidderpore Road, Lovers Lane and Queens Way. The scope of works include: i) Engagement of adequate labour for cleaning and upkeep of the toilets during the entire programme. ii) Supply of tub, mug and other essential accessories. iii) Provision of required cleaning substances and disinfectants to ensure that all toilets remain hyginic , clean and fully usable throughout the programme from arraival of puja committee.
