Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 for patri work

Excavation for Structure in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 1000m as per Techinical Specification clause 302.3

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 80-100 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Technical Specification Clause 405

Brick Edging Brick edging on both sides of the road of brick class M-150, 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming athe excavated earth as directed by the engineer incharge of the work including material labour & T&P etc for proper completion of work. SOR No. 765

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C seal coat

Providing concrete for plain/rainforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802,803,1202, 1203

Brick masonry work (1:4) in cement mortar in substructure complete excepting pointing and plastering, as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 602, 603, 604, 1202 & 1204

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork/ C.R. Stone masonry as per drawing and technical specification Clause 613.3 and 1204

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 culvert on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing coller with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works. Backfilling, concrete and masonry works including all cost etc complete. (600 mm dia)
