Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : 13.111.1 old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 13.99.1 one or more coats on old work

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrappring, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : 13.43.1. water thinnable cement primer

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all works upto plinth level : 4.1.3 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse Zone III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work riveted, bloted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a prime coat of approved steel primer all complete
