Providing and filling manually with approved quality of sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including all labours, watering required for the work including cost, conveyance,royality and taxes T&P etc. for finished items of works etc. complete as direction of E.I.C.---Ground Floor

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) mix with 40mm nominal size C.B stone aggregate in foundations upto a depth of 1.50 m. below ground level and upto a height of 1.50m. above ground level / bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials to site complete as direction of E.I.C.---Ground Floor

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. ---Ground Floor---Column base
