CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR: FD-220: S & F following components of Charpoy including dismantling taking out carefully & replace old components of Charpoy Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Qty - 3912

Removing of Old / unserviceable newar from existing Charpoy GI Pipe,Reassembling/ tightening of Charpoy frame and supply and fixing new 12mm thick plywood BWR grade, ISI marked conforming to IS-303 of size 6.5'x3' (6.5x3 feet) including provision of 02 Nos of 900mmx40mmx5mm MS flat iron stiffners of best quality duly grinded at all the edges and fixed with round headed stainless steel nut and bolts with washer of suitable size i.e. 62 to 65mm long, 6mm dia across the long rail at equal spacing. MS flat iron strip shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer. 10 Nos in total of round headed stainless steel nuts and bolts with washer of superior quality of suitable size as mentioned above shall be provided for fixing the plywood on the Charpoy GI Pipe alongwith the MS flat iron stiffners by drilling holes 02 Nos each in long rails, 02 nos each in short rails & 01 no on both flat iron at centre. Bending the flat iron to the shape required to fix tightly to GI pipe with stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers including necessary drilling into GI pipe and fitted in the top portion of flat iron. Half round teak wood beading of best and approved quality shall be provided to all round the plywood and shall be fixed with new headless nails and duly pasted with best quality dendrite adhesive. The half round beading so fixed shall be french polished with high gloss finish all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Greenply, Model :- Green / Make :- Century, Model:- Maxima / Make:- Duro, Model :- Duromac (The contractor has to submit purchase voucher and a manufacturer certificate for plywood).

Removing existing U/S long rail of charpoy GI Pipe. S&F new long rail made out of 32 mm dia medium grade GI Pipe ISI marked confirming to IS-1239 threaded at both ends complete all as specified and shown on drg & directed by GE/Engr-In Charge.

M&L to making Short Rail from old U/S long rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe including threading at both ends and fixing the same to charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg & directed by GE/Engr-In Charge.

M&L to making leg from old U/S short rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe including threading at one end and welding 4mm MS plate of dia 36mm at other end. complete all as specified and shown on drg & directed by GE/Engr-In Charge.

Removing existing U/S/short lengthed old legs from the charpoy by unscrewing, S & F new legs 32 mm dia medium grade GI Pipe ISI marked confirming to IS-1239 threading at one end and welding 4mm MS plate of dia 36mm at other end. complete all as specified and shown on drg & directed by GE/Engr-In Charge.

Removing existing U/S Elbow of charpoy GI Pipe. S&F with new GI elbow three way 32 mm dia duly ISI marked complete all as specified and shown on drg & directed by GE/Engr-In Charge.

Removing existing U/S Check Nuts of charpoy GI Pipe. S&F with new check nuts 32mm dia duly ISI marked of approved quality complete all as specified and shown on drg & directed by GE/Engr-In Charge.

Removing existing U/S MS sheet toe and S/F new toe made from 4 mm thick MS sheet 36 mm dia be welded with running welding at the bottom of each legs & painted one coat with black paint as shown on drg & Directed by GE/EIC.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 32083.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum
