Providing and fitting of car shoe set by way of dismantling the old and damaged car shoe from the guide rail and fitting of new one. The job includes lifting of car and counter weight with the help of chain pulley block then fitting of new car shoe and again placing the car and counter weight back to its original position. The job includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the whole job. The job further includes testing of car at full load.

Providing and fitting of car door spring by way of dismantling the old and damaged spring from the car door header and fitting of new one. The job includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the whole job.

Providing and fitting of car door shoes by way of dismantling the old and worn out shoes from the groove and fitting of new one.the job includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the whole job.

Providing and fitting of elevator door lock by way of dismantling the old and damaged door lock from the car and fitting of new one for smooth closing and opening of the car door. The job includes testing of locking mechanism at full load and providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the whole job.

Providing and fitting of car shoe bracket as per sample by way of dismantling the old and damaged bracket from the shaft and refitting of new one. The job includes providing of skilled labour, tools, tackles and any other consumable item and testing at full load.

One year Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 1 No. 13 Passenger (G+3) SCAN make Lift post repair and proper functioning of the lift as certified by concerned engineer on site.
