Supply & fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure indoor type of size 1.2 x 1.5 x 0.25 mtr suitable to fix on wall/floor made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet having independent compartments suitable for single phase energy meters (compatible with smart meter size space) and MCB provided with front hinged shutters with lockable arrangements and clear glass to visualize the meter reading without opening the compartment with sufficient working space in compartment pre wired with single core PVC insulated and sheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor wire of suitable size from bus bar to meter compartment 07 Nos duly crimped with copper thimbles, duly powder coated complete incl taking down old meter panel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and consisting with the following :- (a) Aluminium Bus bar for 3 phase 4 wire system of 4 x 200 Amps rated insulated Al strip mounted on resin cast insulators in independent compartment having front openable shutter - One set. (b) incoming MCCB, four pole, 415 volts, 100-125 Amps, 25 KA with adjustable Overload setting Ir = (0.8 to 1.0)xIn - One No. (c) outgoing MCB SPN, 40 Amp,10 KA C-Curve - 07 Nos. (d) Multifuction meter(0-500) Volts with inbuilt selector - One set. (e) Indicator Lamps LED in Red in Red/ Yellow/ Blue colour - One Set of Three. (b) incoming MCCB, four pole, 415 volts, 125 Amps, 25 KA with adjustable Overload setting Ir = (0.8 to 1.0)xIn - One No. (c) outgoing MCB TPN, 63 Amp,10 KA C-Curve - 05 Nos. (d) Multifuction meter(0-500) Volts with inbuilt selector - One set. (e) Indicator Lamps LED in Red in Red/ Yellow/ Blue colour - One Set of Three. Taking down carefully sub-main wiring any type including dismantling of accessories and making good disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub-main wiring along with earth continuity conductor, using PVC insulated FRLS, multi-stranded copper conductor cables, colour-coded, drawn into and including concealed rigid non-metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked, ivory colour, complete with all conduit accessories such as bends, tees, junction boxes, inspection boxes, saddles/clamps etc including cutting chases, making good disturbed surfaces to match existing finish complete in all respects of the following nominal sizes:– (a) 2x4 sqmm + 1x4 sqmm earth wire in 20 mm dia conduit.

All as item No 05 above but size 2x6 sqmm + 1x6 sqmm earth wire in 25 mm dia conduit complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No 05 above but size 2x10 sqmm + 1x10 sqmm earth wire in 25 mm dia conduit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sub main wiring with two single core PVC FRLS insulated multistranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area and one run of 4.0 sqmm nominal cross sectional area PVC FRLS insulated multistranded copper conductor green colour as continuous earth wire drawn in and including not less than 20mm dia 'medium grade' PVC existing conduits (ISI marked) and fittings complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- One unit length shall measured as two run of main wire and one run of conduit & earth wire.

Supply and fixing in replacement for 1.5 sqmm single core copper, multistandard PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed, cable 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement for 2.5 sqmm single core copper, multistandard PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed, cable 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.
