Takig out old unserviceable earthings of any type from existing locations and including providing material and labour for maintenance free chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate elctrode sie 90cm x60cmx 3 mm thick buried directely in ground vertically earth pit not less than 5 metres deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 4.1 metres below ground level, connected to and including pure copper earth strip of size 50 X 6 mm from earth electrode to test point or up to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate no 3 of SSR Pt-I and GI watering pipe of 80 mm dia heavy duty grade lenth as per site requirement,copper funnel with wire mesh,including earthing chemical bentonite powder or 30 Kgs of Curec+ and 75 Kgs of Curecon chemicals all around the earth electrode plate in layers/mixed,HDPE heavy duty or PCC earth pit chamber 1:3:6 type C1,RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1, including excavation,earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing for required value complete all as specified and directed.Note:-1. Making proper letters writing on the earth pit chamber:- Earth pit number,Test values,date of set earthing,due date for next testing etc on the earth pit complete as directed.10. Boaring/drillig holes for chemical earth excavation by trencheless technology of any type of soil i.e hard/soft/loose type soil drilling verticatally across the earth,pavement,hard standing by any soil trenches vertically of sizes 1 mtr dia and depth minimium 5 mtr deep below ground level by using technology/ ultra sounding technique and necessary machine and necessary T&P and without any damages the existing earth surfaces/inside the earth and any other UG cables, signal cables, OFC cables and any other assets complete all as specified and as directed.

Takig out old unserviceable earthings of any type from existing locations and including providing Supply, installation and testing of maintenance free Chemical earthing tripod earthing electrode complete with 3 numbers of 17mm, 250 micron, 3 mtr long complete pure copper rod( copper coating copper rod not accepeted) buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 3.5 M deep below normal ground level and copper rod connected to copper single core (Multistranded with proper lugs and nuts, bolts and washers) high insulated of size 70 sqmm by brazing only, earth strip protected with light grade GI Pipe 80 mm dia mm bore from copper rod and upto and including the earth test point made of gunmetal Phosporous bronze of size 75x75x25 mm. Servicing and Survey/Audit of Central AC Plants by authorised OEM Service Engineer for Package type AC plants & Walking cooler (Cold Room Systems)/Central AC Chiller plants/ Compressors/Mother board circuits/Controller unit/VFDs/Cooling towers/condensor units/sensors/AHU units(At all plants) etc for complete techical audit in each quarterly inspections and corrective repairs /technical requirements/spare parts analisation and replacemet of burnt/damaged /unsv spare parts and rectifing troubles / offroad rectifications in the stipulated time period by OEM authorised Engineer ( Blue Star/Carrier/ACCEL as per site OEM requirement) Complete all as specified and directed. Note:1 . Checking the all AC plants by the authorised OEM service Engineer and Technicians making a complete survey report aganist AC plant/Eqpt for our records duly signatured by him.2. Spare parts will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling/Taking down of Package type AC plants /walking cooler system etc from exísting location/plants of indoor and out door units of capacity 3.5/5.5/8.5TR,415Volts complete at any height/places and including providing trasportions and repair works carried out by authorised OEM service engineers only for repair works & Servicing and overhauling of above capacity plants in any make/type after disconnecting of electrical connection, refrigerant pipes, drain pipes and removing dry dust by using air blower and water servicing by presure pump with cleaning agents the condenser coil /cooling coils and components by using water and caustic soda cleaning with chemical agents after completion of cleaning checking the damaged spares and replacing the spares like Compressors,evaporator coils assembly,evaporator assembly, refrigerant,condensor assembly, relay,PCB boards, capacitors, system controller unit,thermostat,expansion valves fan/swing motor, blades & air blower, air filters,GI Small Grills etc and also including carrying out servicing. overhauling and connecting of refrigerant pipe,drain pipe and charging of refrigerant gas and testing and including fixing back in its original location/directed locations and fully satisfaction by JE/Engr-in-charge and Complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All old unsv credit materials should be deposited in MES yard day wise after completed of the job, the same material will be issued to contractor through gate pass as schedule of credit against contract agreement. (ii) Spares will be measured and paid separately as supply only items (iii) Charging of refrigerant shall be measured and paid seperately.

Leak testing the complete gas circulating system with dry nitrogen & evacuate and rectifying arresting leakage by cutting, soldering, flaring work with nut, jointing of refrigerant |tubing and charging of refrigerant gas to the required pressure in split type air conditioner upto 3.5 TR capacity and testing complete all as specified and directed Note:- Refrigerant will be measured and paid separately.
