BT ROAD Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling, &trees girth upto 300 mm , removal of stumps of trees cut eralier & disposal of unserviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 mtr including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm thickness as per direction of EIC.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits transporting to site with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in Hard Rock (blasting prohibited by mechanical means) as per technical specificaation clause 302

Cutting in disintegrated rock not requiring blasting to be removed by pick axes& crow bars & depositing the materials within 50 mtr initial lead & 1.5 mtr initial lift including rough dressing as per direction & specification of the Department including stacking the usefull materials separately as ordered.

Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechanical means including cutting & trimming of side slopes & disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m & lead upto 20 mtr as per technical specification clause-1603.1

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Construction of Granular Sub Base Grading III material as per table 400-1 spreading in uniform layers with moto grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC & compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of Mo SRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works ( 4th revision) (Close Graded)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriag of mixed material by Tiper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on wel prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 & as per direction of EIC

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 & as per direction of EIC
