Materials and Labour application of bonding coat based on Polymer modified cementatious materials such as Nitobond SBR of M/s Fosroc/ Hind Styrene BR of M/s Hindcon Chemicals Ltd or equivalent product from make: Pidilite @ 0.50 Kg/ Sqm ( due to rough concrete surfaces) to act as bonding agent between old and new concrete and applying the chemicals as per Manufacturer's specifiactions complete all as ditceted by Engineer-in-charge.

Materials and Labour application of Polymer modified cooncrete with mix ratio 1:1½:3 ( 1 cement: 1½ Coarse sand: 3 Stone aggregates of 10mm nominal size) admixed with acrylic latex polymer such as Hind styrene BR of make:- Hindcon Chemicals Ltd or equivalent product from make:- Fosroc / Pidilite @ 2 Kg/ Sqm and plasticizer of Hind Plast Super of M/s Hindcon Chemicals Ltd or Conplats SP 337 of Make:- Fosroc or quivalent product from make:- Pidilite @ 100 gms/ Sqm for an average thickness of 50mm ( the concrete to be applied when the bonding coat is still green0 including necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as ditceted by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 1.50mm thick power coated aluminium anodized , three track sliding window with three nos shutters made of aluminium section as per drawing no CWE/KOL/TD-33 of section no 1F-1F including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, roller, locking arrangement, handles 2 Nos , anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc.Complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in repairs 40mm dia cupboard knobs fixed with nut screws and washer of wooden finish brass polished complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of roof surfaces and proving roof treatment works as under:- (a) Material and Labour 10mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4. (b) Material and Labour for applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Supply and laying APP membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.6 Kg/m² reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied by butane torch application and sealing all joints etc. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction complete all as specified and as directed. (d) Two coats of Bitumen based UV reflective paint with aluminium finish over APP memebrane.

Supply and fix Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete including taking down old unserviceable sheet with hooks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in paving and plinth proction laid in panels etc finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Construction joints will be provided at interval of 2.5m length and filled with bitumen 80/20 mix with sand in ratio of 1:3 and cost of the same shall be deemed included in quoted rate

Materials and labour 25mm thick Plain cement concrete type B0 ( 1:2:4, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agrregates) as in subbase of flooring complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Materials and labour Bituminious filler board 50mm thick as in filler materials of crumple section complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Materials and labour for non-skid, ceramic, coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n.exc 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.55.00 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados, risers etc over and including 10mm thick backing course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.57.00 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados, risers etc over and including 10mm thick backing course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for non-skid, ceramic, joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but n.exc 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and labour Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados, risers etc of size 300 x 200 x 6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement ot match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing course in CM 1:4 for receiving tiles.

Materials and labour Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados, risers etc of size 450 x 300 x 6-7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement ot match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing course in CM 1:4 for receiving tiles.

Material and Labour 15-20mm thick granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in kitchen cooking platform and like in CM(1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including necessary edge moulding/chamfering (full or half moulding) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Rendering 15mm (10 + 5 mm) thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in two layers each mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement (WPC shall be mixed with top layer only i.e 5mm thick) finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and as directed. Note : - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" item under relevant item of these schedule.

Supply and fix in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (ISI Marked, Ist Quality) including 'P' or 'S' trap (pedestal pattern), Snow white or in matching colour of tiles (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat, white or in matching colour , closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device and wash down water closet complete all as specified and as directed.
