| 1.00Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc: 1. Comprehensive Maintenance of Air Conditioning System of Operator Cabin of below listed Drill Machines of Khadia Project, so as to ensure proper cooling of their operator cabins to the satisfaction of Engineer In-charge, throughout the AMC Period. a. DMH ( Sl. No. DMH-2) b. IDM-70 ( Sl. No. IDM-07, IDM-15) c. IDM-30 (Sl. No. IDM-30-1) 2. Contractor will be required to carry out periodic/schedule inspection and maintenance of Cabin AC System as per OEM Check Sheets and Recommendations. Periodicity of this scheduled inspection/maintenance will be minimum once in a month. 3. It will be contractor’s responsibility a. To change/clean AC Filters, cleaning of Condenser/Heat Exchanger, cleaning of other AC Parts on periodic basis or as per requirement. b.To carry out leakage test using Nitrogen and to rectify the same, filling/re-filling of Refrigerant, Compressor Oil etc on periodic basis or as per requirement. c. To check sub parts of AC System such as Compressor, Evaporator, Condenser, Condenser Fan, Blower Assly, Thermostat, Fuse, AC Belt, Hoses, Electrical Connections etc and to repair/replace the same according to condition, on periodic basis or as per requirement. d. Above list of activities is indicative in nature and not exhaustive. Any other activity required to maintain the AC System will be in Contractor’s Scope only. 4.Apart from above listed periodic activities, contractor will be required to attend and rectify any breakdown/malfunctioning of Operator Cabin Air Conditioning System, as and when reported. 5.All Service visits to carry out above listed activities will be duly recorded along with details of work done and same will be countersigned by Engineer In-Charge. A copy of such Service Reports will be provided to Engineer In-charge. 6.Manpower and Tools & Tackles required for the job will be in Contractor’s Scope. 7. Transportation of Manpower & Material to attend the machines in Mines will be in Contractor’s Scope. Vehicle deployed for this purpose shall comply with NCL’s prevailing rules & regulations applicable for vehicle plying in mines. 8. Consumables required for the job i.e. Refrigerant Gas, Compressor Oil as and when required will be in Contractor’s Scope. In case of leakage due to whatsoever reason, top-up/Refilling of Refrigerant, Compressor Oil will be in Contractor’s Scope only. 9.Spares required for the job will be provided by NCL as per requirement. However, contractor shall assist in planning & procurement of spares. 10. Industrial Gases i.e. Nitrogen, O2 & DA, and Welding Electrodes as per requirement will be provided by NCL. However, to and fro Transportation of same from Store/Workshop to Machine will be in Contractor’s Scope. 11.If a machine remains breakdown for a complete billing month due to whatsoever reason, no billing shall be done for that machine in that particular billing month | ||||
