False Ceiling (DSR 2023 Item 12.45.3): P&F false ceiling at all height including framework made of special sections power pressed from M.S. sheets galvanized (120 gms/sqm) consisting of angle cleats hangers intermediate channels ceiling section perimeter channels etc. including fixing 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board with dry wall screws including jointing and finishing with jointing compound tape and primer including making openings for services etc. complete.

Grid False Ceiling (DSR 2023 Item 12.52.4): P&F 595x595mm tiled false ceiling suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid (hot dipped GI sections) including main 'T' cross 'T' secondary cross 'T' wall angle cleats hangers adjustable rods level clips etc. including laying 12.5 mm thick fully Perforated Gypsum Board Tile (IS:2095 Part 1) backed with non-woven tissue (NRC 0.79) with 50mm resin bonded glass wool backing including making openings for services etc. complete. Gypsum Board Partition (DSR 2023 Item 9.105.1): P&F partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame (floor/ceiling channels 50mm wide studs 48mm wide) and fixing 12.5 mm thick double skin fire rated Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) plaster board (IS:2095 Part 3 BIS marked) to both sides including M.S. fixing channel at horizontal joints jointing and finishing with jointing compound tape angle beads joint finisher and two coats of primer. Overall thickness 75mm.

Computer Table: Work surface 18 mm thick plywood (duro/green/virgo/sundek) with 1mm thick laminate (Merino/sundek/virgo) top 3 mm thick polished teakwood beading. Understructure 25mm thick square pipe (1.25mm thick wall). MIG/CO2/Electric welding. Steel from SAIL/TataSteel/Jindals or equivalent (IS: 513/IS: 2062). Powder coated components tested for Scratch resistance (4 kgs) & Impact resistance (150kgs/cm). High quality heavy duty PVC/Rubber/EPDM buffers.
