Dismantling and removing old lime cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debris within 50mtr lead etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) inSuper Structure as per EIC

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips including hoisting and laying

Providing TMT Fe-500 rainforcement bars for RCC work of rquired diameter of apporved quallity including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost, covenyance and royalty of all materials and cost of all labour etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 9778, as windows frame section No. 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work, labour and T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smooth to surface of brick walls after raking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Two coat over a coat with approved paint on new work with any approved paint on iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and T&P required for the work etc. complete including cost of paint ( paint of approved quality will be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.) etc. complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of Vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make with application of polymere modified cement base water resistance adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
