Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specifed and directed. .

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4) typr B-1 block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block for angle iron horn and similar work etc including weathering ,slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating as directed including necessary form work complete

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone / Brick masonry surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified

Fixing for chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. (Chain link fencing and line wire shall be paid at supplied only rate) complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing any mesh any size etc.

Supply only ms round bars 10 mm dia (Fe-410, Gde E-250 quality-A) for fixing chain link fencing

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specifed and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc, complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coil 600mm dia of weight not less than 1.5Kg/RM etc,complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F Mild steel work of framed brackets of Angles ,grills, gratings and ladder of watertanks and similar work including cutting tops and shape, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) and countersunk for screw, as in supports for stiffening of fencing, grating of open drain and including bending ,welding angles as necessary similar works confirming to Fe 290 or Gde-E165 and complete all as specifed and directed. .

S&F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

S&F 1 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil.

M&L For Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M & L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) 75mm tk as in subbase.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick,set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement filleting in CM 1:4, sectional area n.exc 25 sq cm in repair complete all as specifed and directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m Outside Md Accd and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls,Pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brush, scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfacesapplying one coat of Cement base paint on the walls, pillars, cornices and putting aside the furniture etc. by skilled labour etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc(not exceeding) 30 cmdeep and averaging 15cmdeep and getting out hard dense soil.

Removal excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n exc 63 deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L cement concrete 1;4:8 type D2 (40mm aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base

M&L for 50 mm sand cushioning under interlocking in floors including watering and consolidation.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 with grey cement and pigment grade all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage in storm water or surfaces water drains with necessary excavation inside the drains carefully not exceeding 1.50 m wide & not exc. 1.50m in depth and getting out all silt mixed with earth and other foreign materials from inside the drains .NOTE-Contractor would cleandrains either manually or through machinery as per site requirement and as directed by Engg-in-charge.Damage to drains,would be rectified by contractor without any extra cost while doing the job .width of drain would be measured at bottom for this purpose

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cover slab in R.C.C. 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) of any description in any position including necessary formwork and shuttering all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping for col hooking ends and binding with and including mile steel wire non less than 0.9 mm dia securing with clips in quality complete all as specifed and directed.

Cleaning of bushes in fencing both side (IN & OUT) upto 500mm(overall 1m) by manually/mechanicaly and getting out all bushes and grasses from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C-2 with using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For Excavating soft/hard disintegrated rock over areas, n exc1.5 m deep and getting out of md accd as specified by Engg-in-Charge

M&L For Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2,of 150mm laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L For Concrete bed to drain 150mm pipes including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested;

M&L for walling or random rubble , uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly, hearted built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints with max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfaces not exc 40 mm as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.Note: Hidden portion of stone masonry shall not be hammer dressed complete all as specifed and directed.
